I know it is hard to find a good inspector and it is important to know about the inspector. My name is Matthew Reed, and I am a husband and father to a wonderful family.  I am a Certified Professional Inspector ® located in Rochester NH. I know buying a home can be an exciting, and scary time. My goal is to be the best inspector I can and to work with you and your real estate agent and educate you about your home, or potential home. I believe it is an inspector’s job to help you make smart and confident decisions.
