Standards of practice

I am a NH Licensed and Certified Professional Inspector and a member of InterNACHI, The world’s largest organization of certified home inspectors.  This means you can rest assure that every inspection is thorough and detailed.

As a member of the International Association of Certified home Inspectors (InterNachi) I must uphold or exceed certain expectations.  To find out more about these expectations, click to view, InterNachi’s Standards of Practice

A general home inspection report shall identify, in written format, defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. Inspection reports may include additional comments and recommendations.

Choosing a home inspector can be difficult, because you probably won’t meet the inspector you’ve hired until your appointment.  Ultimately, a thorough inspection  depends heavily on the  individual inspector’s effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home. My promise is that I will give you my very best effort.
